After the tragic death of his wife and child, famed American author Joseph Crone travels from the United States to Barcelona, Spain, to reunite with his estranged brother, Samuel, and dying father, Richard. However, fate has a different plan for Joseph as his life becomes plagued with strange happenings and the constant sightings of the number 11. Curiosity quickly turns to obsession, and Joseph soon realizes that this number holds a horrific meaning not only to himself but possibly to all of religion. Isolated in a foreign country with only the support of his companion, Sadie, Joseph soon realizes that 11/11/11 is more than just a date; it's a WARNING!

Really a great movie!!! Chilling atmosphere, terrifying (and original) story, terrific images and photography (by Joseph White), unexpected and nihilistic ending! Bousman changes his directing style (quite different from his previous works), the main theme, the genre, but he proves once more that he is a talented director and story teller! The cast is credible and they did a good work, especially Timothy Gibbs (the main protagonist). Very good the visual effects, a little bit less the make-up of the 'monsters'.
A must see!
Movies with global disasters in scare me in a totally different way than other horror movies. Probably cause it may all be true. Just like 2012.. that movie can give you shivers.

The teaser looks like it was made by an art school drop out. Whatever it is that comes through better be bad ass with how they are hyping it up. It better not be like the Kraken in the Clash of the Titans remake.

I love global disaster horror movies,like Pulse or this one,that effects the entire world...

It still is, the new synopsis is just a lil' more vague about it this time.
I'm assuming that i am going crazy because i could have sworn the the synopsis was completely different a while back, involving a cooler entity type plot. They should bring that writing back cause this sounds lame(er) now.

the premise is interesting, but since i dont like a single bousman movie (not his fault but...come on...repo remake? leave the genetic opera alone)i guess my hopes are not so high.

i dont know why but i was sure bousman directed the "Repo!" remake but he actually did the original one.

Is this 11:11 phenomenon based on any real facts, or a better question is is this real or just made up?
It's total supposition based on people who look at the clock and it happens to be on 11:11 .
These same people see that number everywhere, since I think everyone is a little bit psychic they know when to look is all .
They are making more of 11:11 than it deserves like 2012 there is no proof that it means anything .
