The story centers around a mousy librarian, who has inherited her father's beloved but failing old movie house. In order to save the family business she discovers her inner serial killer -- and a legion of rabid gore fans -- when she starts turning out a series of grisly shorts. What her fans don't realize yet is that the murders in the movies are all too real.

- Currently the only way to get the DVD is to purchase it at Peaches Christ's official site located here.
- Had its post-premiere screening at the Alamo Drafthouse in Austin, TX on May 15th.
- Filmed entirely on location in the San Francisco Bay Area.
- Described as a dark comedy.
- Cassandra Peterson (better known as Elvira) plays "Linda," a loving mother concerned about her son's obsessions for horror movies.
- Joshua Grannell may be best known by his drag queen alter-ego "Peaches Christ", a cult cinema icon reportedly best known in the world of underground cinema.
- Written and directed by Joshua Grannell.

Anyways, I like the sound of this so far.
Doesnt sound too bad of a movie....not to mention, the queen of Halloween, our mistress of the dark..ELVIRA!!
I really like Natasha Lyonne and Mink Stole is the shit. I've seen all the John Water's films and I love her.
