I wish everyone would stop jumping on the "real lost tapes, look at that hand-held camera work" bandwagon. Yes, it is nice to be able to spend minimal on SFX because viewers can't even make out what the fucking monster is anyway. And of course it's easier to shoot on location, especially in a house.
But god fucking damn it, can we at least try to think of ANOTHER few ways to make horror movies? It's like after BLair Witch and Cloverfield, everyone realized how easily they could squeeze a few jumps out of everyone and still save money... without an attempt at figuring out how to do it better (Paranormal Activity being an exception ("let's record this shit, but we have to leave the camera on a tripod to make sure we get it so we're not running around looking at blurs and screaming at walls") OR how to do something that has that same, "well this is new and I like it" effect without ripping off a bunch of other movies.

I'm sorry but I have been roaming this website for an hour and half the movies I clicked on feature this filming technique and i AM NOT IMPRESSED HOLLYWOOD.

i think that this might be actually good... its suppose to be set when they made the first one and maybe this takes place after or before they move into the house Smile

I agree with what was said below Leave this POS alone. It's a proven hoax!!!! Stop trying to make ppl believe this happened. It's just a new way to steer away from original ideas and keep up with all the sequel crap Hollywood is spewing -.-

Yet another pointless sequel, add the fact that the Weinsteins are behind this so you KNOW its just going to be a shitty cash-grab movie.

Oh gawd. ANOTHER "found footage" movie? I was sick of these by the time Blair Witch was done...
