Follows the exploits of Harry Angel, a New York detective hired by a mysterious client to track down a once-popular performer indebted to him. While pursuing this seemingly routine investigation, Harry encounters dark and supernatural forces.

PROJECT DETAILS
- In the very eary stages of development; the remake rights have been purchased and it may be a while before things move forward for the project, especially since a script hasn't even been written.
- Also based on the novel Falling Angel by William Hjortsberg.
- The original film starred Mickey Rourke, Robert De Niro and Lisa Bonet, and was criticized for its explicit sex scenes, which received cuts to avoid an X-rating.
- The obvious remake of the 1987 film with the same name.

I didn't see the original version of this movie but this does sound like it has potential
omfg why?
the original was almsot perfect.
the only thing that could make it better is sharks.
Mickey Rourke was exquisite in this movie, I can't imagine anyone else holding a candle to his performance in this movie.
No this was a brilliant well thought out film why oh why do a remake.........
