- This marks Kent Nichols' feature film directorial debut.
- Written by the duo behind the hit web comedy-series "Ask a Ninja," Kent Nichols and Douglas Sarine.
- The original was one of the first films that featured a young up-and-coming George Clooney.
- The obvious remake of the 1978 horror-comedy.

I look forward for this movie and I heard a lot of positive reviews. I am planning to take out my payday loan to see this movie and enjoys it. I am working to the web on the other infos and I love what I am meeting.

It just sounds way to far fetched for me. At least the blob has a good reasoning its an alien but these are tomatoes that kill people, so to me it sounds stupid.

This should be awesome. Ive always loved the original, it was a laugh, but maybe this will be more arrggggg scary. Although I doubt it because it is in fact......killer tomatoes

REALLY NOW!!! Do we need see this Killer Veg killing people DONT WASTE MONEY ON THIS FLIM MAKING , UNLESS IT'S PART OF TURTLES REMAKE WHICH LOVE SEE ONE REMAKE TURTLES FLIMS IN MAKING SOON LOVE SHOW AS KID.

George Clooney was in the second tomatoe movie "Return of the killer tomatoes", not the original. Plus there were 4 tomatoe movies, the last 3 having John Astin in them, who was brilliantly funny.

I watched the original when i was 6. I liked it then.
Wasn;t there also a sequel that was just horrendous?
Whatever, i'll check it out if it looks fun. Have to wait and see.
