A young woman running from her troubles finds herself stranded at a lodge with a group of strangers. One after another, they inexplicably begin to burst into pieces. Shock quickly descends into paranoia as nobody knows who to trust. And as the mystery unravels, the survivors realize that what's causing this unstoppable phenomenon is bigger and more disturbing than anyone could have ever imagined.

- Director Neil Marshall hopes to begin filming this summer (2010).
- A script is currently still being written.
- It's said that there's an alien involvement behind the reasoning of the exploding people.
- Neil Marshall plans to use as much practical effects as possible.
- This will obviously be in 3D.
- Fans may recognize Neil Marshall from his work with Dog Soldiers and The Descent.
- At one point Daniel Calparsoro (Warriors, The Absent) was supposedly going to direct.

Another film by neil marshall! He is really getting his directing career back and going.
Just the title alone make me laugh a bit. I really get the feeling this is going to be like one of those old 50's gimmick movies with the red & blue 3D glasses. Maybe if there was a trailer to indicate the way this thing is going, I MIGHT not laugh at it, but for now its just another movie for Hollywood to try to make some more $$ of using 3D.
I more anxious about the trailer then the movie at this point. This just sounds halariously horrible. If this actually turns out to be a good movie, I will gain more respect for movies with shitty sounding descriptions. lmao
Hmmm... let's see, what's a fresh, origional idea for a horror movie?.. I know! Lets make it 3-D! I bet no one has thought of that yet!... This is stupid. Dog Soldiers and the Descent were two of the better films of recent years but I can't see how even Neil Marshall could make this work. It sounds a bit like Body Melt, the whole strength of this movie is gonna be people who just wanna see someone exploding in 3D, which is fine if your just in the mood for a bit of mideless gore... next will be Scanners in 3D!.. Actually, the head-bursting scene WOULD be pretty cool in 3D... But please no!
