Lucy (Sharon Stone) is the egotistical megalomaniac CEO of Incredible Edibles, America's premier provider of edible cutlery. In her infinite wisdom, Lucy leads her staff including her long-suffering assistants, Freddie and Jess (Jessica Williams), on a corporate team-building caving weekend to New Mexico. When disaster strikes, not even their useless guide, Brandon (Ed Helms), can save them. Trapped underground by a cave-in, this mismatched and disgruntled group must pull together in order to survive. Amidst sexual tension, startling business revelations and casual cannibalism, Freddie and Jess emerge from Lucy's shadow. Hilarious and sometimes shocking, the laughs and gasps mount as these Corporate Animals are unleashed.

PROJECT DETAILS
  • Filming is aimed to begin sometime this Summer in New Mexico. (5/9/18)
  • One of the head's behind the international distributing was quoted saying: “Corporate Animals is one of the funniest scripts we’ve seen and actually a little close to the bone at times. This is not so much a reference to the occasional bit of cannibalism and more the office politics of a small business. Suffice to say, everyone at Protagonist loved it, it’s tremendous fun and we think buyers will find it just as hilarious as we did.”
  • Jessica Williams plays Lucy's assistant Jess.
  • Ed Helms plays the useless guide Brandon.
  • Directed by Patrick Brice (Creep, Creep 2).
  • Written by Sam Bain (Peep Show, Fresh Meat).
