PROJECT DETAILS:

It's been almost 15 years since the last update on this project. It's no longer listed on IMDB and writer Laeta Kalogridis has sinced moved on to other projects. It looks like this project died a long time ago. (9/23/22)

Laeta Kalogridis (Night Watch, Pathfinder) will rewrite the script that was previously handled by Jonathan Hensleigh and David Goyer.

This project was going to be produced by Alison Rosenzweig, along with Media Talent Group's Geyer Kosinski. Tracie Graham exec produces.

The original logline is as follows: A band of bloodsuckers are turned into a group of special operatives for the FBI. Given the bloodlust they show for their work, the vampires are closely monitored by the government agency.

Currently one of the oldest movies in the UHM database, as it was originally added back in August 14th 2003.

New Line acquired the spec script by Tom S. Parker and Jim Jennewein in 2001 and the project has been passed around since.

David Goyer (Blade: Trinity), David Nutter (Disturbing Behavior), and Jonathan Hensleigh (The Punisher) were all once attached to direct.

No relation to the video game series with the same name.
