The film is set 10 to 15 years in the future, where the world has been taken over by vampires whom have all accepted their lives and have returned to their everyday jobs and suburban homes. The story focuses on two vampire brothers -- one embracing the vampire life and is part of some military organization to trap and capture the last remaining humans for food, while the other is seeking to become human again.

- The film will have a more serious tone compared to the Spierig bro's previous film Undead.
- The Spierig brothers are currently working on the second draft.

I saw this movie yesterday when it came out and its really a great vampire movie. I recommend that you guys watch it.........its worthwhile trust me.
It looks pretty cool. Kind of reminds me of 30 DAYS OF NIGHT and the cast seems great, Sam Neill, Willem Dafoe, Ethan Hawke. So it should be a least a decent vamp movie.
This Movie is Amazing. Saw it at TIFF 2009 and it rocked! Great Story and Lots of Action... No dry periods or Filler. Definitely a must see!

Hawke looks like he took on a cool role for this. one of the better ones hes played in a while. im there
Dafoe!
Dafoe is usually a solid pick for this type of movie some im interested in the role he's playing. rooting for hawke as its been a while since training day and i want to see what he can do.
