- Originally had a September 21st 2010 DVD release.
- Going straight to DVD via E1 Entertainment.
- The film was originally set to film in Romania.
- Eli Roth has a cameo appearance.
- Produced by Action 5 and Distant Horizon.
- This will be Hong Kong director Fruit Chan's US directorial debut.
- This project spent more than two years in UHM's "movies that never happened" section.
- The original film was the Hideo Nakata's first feature film, who many may remember as the director of Ringu.
- This is a remake of the Japanese film Don't Look Up, which is also known as Ghost Actress.
