PROJECT DETAILS:

The film was originally going to be distributed by Paramount via a January 4th 2019 release, but the studio decided to sell it off to Netflix instead.

Filmed in Atlanta.

Max Martini plays "Eli's father, who moves to the isolated treatment facility with his wife after dealing with his son's mysterious illness for two years."

Sadie Sink (Stranger Things) will play "an alluring local girl who befriends Eli and has a curious knowledge of what goes on inside the facility."

Kelly Reilly plays "Eli's devoted mother, who will give anything to protect and cure her only child."

Directed by Ciaran Foy (Citadel, Sinister 2).

The recent draft of the script has been written by Ian Goldberg and Richard Naing (duo behind The Autopsy of Jane Doe).
