No official plot yet, but the original told the story of a group of college pledges who are forced to stay the night at a supposedly haunted mansion, where they encounter a deformed killer who picks them off one by one.

PROJECT DETAILS
- Not much is known about the project at the moment, but it seems that Sony is interested in a remake, and is likely searching for the right script.
- It's said that Sony is aiming for a PG-13 rating to reach a "younger audience."
- Sony Screen Gems is behind this.
- A remake of the original 1981 slasher film starring Linda Blair.

I am wanting this movie BAD but I hope that it gets a unrated rating. The original was so creepy, I have it on VHS and I still watch it every now and then. Linda Blair was awesome and maybe she will do a cameo!
PG-13? Here's hoping it works out but my expectations are low.
Why mess with a classic???? seriously we know the stories already and if somethings different in the story it just ruins it!
