Lost Boys: The Thirst

The thankless life of a vampire hunter has taken its toll on Edgar Frog. After losing best friend and fellow vamp fighter, Sam, he has started to let himself slide. He’s down to selling his prized comic book collection just to pay rent on a decrepit trailer when stunning vampire novelist Gwen approaches with an offer. She needs him to find her brother who has gone missing after getting sucked into a series of underground raves, called “The Gathering”, held by an enigmatic spinner named DJ Dusk.
In a last, frantic message he mentioned being given a new party drug known as The Thirst, which turned out to be a mixture of ecstasy and vampire blood. Gwen shows Edgar a vile of the The Thirst, explaining DJ Dusk must be a head vampire and he’s using his parties to raise an undead army. With the last rave, “The Final Gathering”, only days away Edgar must assemble a vamp-hunting team worthy of crashing the party, and hopes to include his reclusive brother who’s dealing with his own dark past. Before the battle is over Edgar will discover there is a greater evil at work and must face his most haunting fear.

- Fans hoping to see the return of "Sam" will be saddened to hear that actor Corey Haim was found dead (3/10/10), allegedly due to a drug overdose.

Just thought of a bad ass scenario..
Imagine if the last sequel was never made, and instead this movie was made, but also with Corey Haim as Sam included in the film, seeing how he would of still been alive...EPIC.
The original Lost Boys is one of my all time favourites. Maybe the sequels will never be as good, but how can you deny the awesome cheese factor! I'm looking forward to this
The first LostBoys will alway be AWESOME and the only true LostBoys Movie. LostBoys 2 was ok but shity and could be way beter if Corey Haim was in it with Corey Feldman to kill the new Vampires in there small little town. The 3ed looks a bit beter then the 2 because of the more action and Vampire killings. Many do say that the sequals should hav never been filmed. lol But I will be watching and owning the 3ed when its out. Pleas no 4th movie because it will just get shity and they should hav just maid a T.V W.B Series other then new movies. They can do much more with it and would maybe last for one or two seasons. what do you guys think???????

Guess we won't have to worry about whether or not Corey Haim will make his appearence in the film. RIP.
Its bad when a classic film film is tarnished by bad sequels, look at sleepaway camp! Some things should just be left be!

I love, Love, LOVED Lost Boys as a kid but in my opinion, the sequels are overkill. Yeah, I understand Corey Feldman needs money because bills need to be paid but sequels - to me - are a shitteous idea.
Lost Boys was not a bad movie so why ruin a classic with shitastic sequels.
the first part is a classic, no one can touch it unless they decide to do a remake in which they will kill it. the second one wasnt that good. lets pray the third one can bring back that feeling that we all felt in the first part!
The first is untouchable. That was too amazing. But the second and third is an insult.
the second one movie sucked horribly, why would they make another one?? I agree with the one comment if you gotta see it illegally obtain it so they dont think there is still a market for the lost boys!!
I hope this one is better then the last one. I thought the title was "Lost Boys: The Thirst" not "Lost boys: The Bite"
hopefully this will be the last. and people if you HAVE to see it out of curiosity pleas shoplift it so they make no money and leave the series be.
first one best vampire movie ever..my mom waited 20 years for the 2nd one and hated it i waited 10 years for it..hated it..dont make the 3rd one..
The first film is awesome obviously lol. The 2nd one the lost tribe was entertaining but not very good really. Corey haim was not even really in it.
But i hope for the third one we will see corey feldman vs corey haim lol that would be fun 2 see.
