When a college Professor opens up a strange, ornate box discovered in the basement of a University, she and her students hear a horrifying scream belonging to that of a bloodthirsty banshee. They think nothing of it, until that scream begins to haunt all that heard it in strange and surreal ways. According to Irish lore, if you hear a Banshee scream, you will die – which is what starts happening to them one by one, as the creature starts taking their lives…

Not interesting.
I lost all respect for the Sci-Fi channel when it went SYFY, and started airing wrestling. I still cant believe they broadcast that.
Not much the channel can do. NBC has them and they see fit to change the programming.
As long as this movie is better than Damned by Dawn. What a waste.
Hmmm...a movie that takes the legend of the banshee and turns it into a creature feature...sounds vaguely firmiliar.
...Afterdark...
First you put a comedy in your Horrorfest (not a very good one if I might add)
Then you release a shitty movie (The Reeds)
Then you go to SYFY??!?!?!!?!!
I mean, Automaton Transfusion was great in my opinion, but the SEQUEL is what he should be working on, not this movie. And of all places to go, you go to SyFy... I'm disappointed in you again, Afterdark.
