PROJECT DETAILS
  • Doug Jones plays the creature in the film, which also coincidentally looks like another creature he played in the Hellboy series named Abe Sapien.
  • Apparently Guillermo del Toro has worked on this film for several years and even began development before starting Pacific Rim (2013). Ultimately, he chose to direct this instead the sequel to Pacific Rim.
  • Written/directed by Guillermo del Toro (Pan's Labyrinth, Hellboy, Pacific Rim).
