• In the very early stages of development, as a script is currently being worked on with writing trio Marko King, Mary King, and Jonathan Watters. (9/19/11)
• Although a remake, the studio is apparently looking to tackle a difference approach with the story, as it's currently being described as "Michael Crichton meets The Sixth Sense."
• The original film revolved around a group of scientists, who managed to capture the ghost of a young boy in an apartment, and with the help of a special government agent, the group hope to discover the reason for the spirit's existence and maybe behind his demise.

• A remake of the 2006 Taiwanese film with the same name.
