PROJECT DETAILS
- Filming is aimed to begin sometime in the Fall of 2011.
- Haley Joel Osment is playing the role of Victor Franklin, "a college student experimenting with reversing death."
- Newly-created production outfit Slasher Films is the brainchild of legendary guitarist Slash.
- Once described as a "retelling of the Frankenstein story in the style of cult favorites The Crow and Darkman."
- At one point Sam Raimi (Evil Dead, Spider-Man) was going to produce with Dark Horse Entertainment.
- Original set up at Dimension Films with Michael Dougherty (Trick 'r Treat) scripting.
- This project was originally announced back in late 2003 and has been in and out of development hell until recently (2/07/11).
- Based on the graphic novel with the same name by Steve Niles (30 Days of Night).
