PROJECT DETAILS

  • After several financial upsets, in 2009 the filmmakers finally decided to abandon the project and move onto their next endeavor entitled Army of Frankenstein.
  • It's said that the biggest issue with the financing involved producers too scared to move forward with such an experimental project from first-time filmmakers.
  • A limited number of DVDs (now sold out) were sold on the official site in 2008 that contained the first promo, along with a making-of featurette and several unreleased stills.
  • In 2008 the filmmakers supposedly had the enough financing to move forward with the project, but it's said that the producers backed out last minute.
  • At one point the filmmakers had enough financing to move forward and had a Spring 2006 film start eyed, but plans fell through and they never met that date.
  • In 2006 the filmmakers decided to cut the budget in half in order to proceed with project and also created a second promotional trailer that was made exclusively for potential investors. The promo was then released to the public two years later.
  • Originally aimed for a Spring 2004 shoot.
  • In 2004 the first promotional teaser was released to the public, with the hopes of gaining enough interest from potential investors.
  • Miguel Tajeda-Flores (Fright Night 2, Darkness, Beyond Re-Animator) did a re-write of the script.
  • This is a Holland film that will have a mostly American and British casts.
