ok, ive read a couple of your comments about this movie bein a cult classic, and i know it is, and its great, but you know what else was, tha first texas chain massacar! and they remade that, and it was fuckin great! not i know this movie is no texas by far but tha point, for tha most part, of a remake is that tha director and producers take tha original story and change it around a little bit. i dont think ive ever watched a remake that followed tha original story line to tha T! and it alwayz tells someother story that goes into a little more detail! i think it would probably suck to some degree, but i would watch it to see what kinda crazy shit they would put in it! and for all of you that wouldnt, your all fuckin liers! ya watched tha first one didnt you! and tha idea of killer tomatoes was just as stupid back then as it is now! but ya still watched it!

ok people, if your a true horror fan, then you love bad horror movies as well as tha kick ass ones! in all honesty i do think that it might be a stupid movie, but its one that i would watch! i mean, think about it, if you were one of those people in hollywood that was part of makin tha movie, youd be all for it even if it was stupid. and if you think that its soo stupid that your not gonna watch it, then just dont watch it! and for those people who do think that it would be stupid, give it a chance! you never know, you might actually like it!

Seriously people. How good can a remake of a movie about KILLER TOMATOES be? I am all for a twist on old things--IF THEY WORK! The key is IF THEY WORK! Now, if you make the tomatoes into some horrible twist mutation of nature created my man's neglection for the enviroment, then you got my attention now. Have some really violent and gory shit happen, like having the tomatoes devour a child then you got yourself something! But if they try to stick with the original plot and characters then this movie is just another turd on Mount Craptacular.

WTF?!?! Ok, I loved the OG one. Hell! I even bought it for my brother becoz he saw it and loved the cheap effects and the crazy story of killer tomatoes. But to remake this cult classic is just the biggest mistake in a long, long LONG line of mistakes Hollywood is shitting out. Movies are "cult classic" for a reason, and therefore should NEVER BE TOUCHED! C'mon! would you touch the ROCKY HORROR PICTURE SHOW? Hell no! Woulc you touch KILLER CLOWNS FROM OUTER SPACE? Hell no! Why? Simple. These movies were all done in a time when things were just way different and freedom to expirement with things in Hollywood was granted, but more important, the audience was treated to some crazy fun shit. But now! Hollywood wants nothing to do with what the audience wants. Its all about CGI and what actors are hot this month. Killer Tomatoes worked becoz it was done with fun intentions and the cheapest effects I have ever seen. Now, look at the list of remakes of classic movies: Texas Chainsaw Massacre-sucked so bad that they had to make to just to explain why the first sucked donkey dick. Halloween-Rob Zombie, enuff said. House of Wax-Paris Hilton(should I say more?). And now ELM STREET, HELLRAISER, and FRIDAY THE 13th are on the remake chopping block. And that is just the classic horror movie list, let's not EVEN get in to the Asian Horror Movie remake crazy that just churned out turd mountains as :The Pulse, The Ring movies, The Grudge2(the first was actually the most decent of them all), One Missed Call, The Eye, just to name a few. Besides Killer Tomatoes had a sequal that just sucked ass. Why mess with the OG one? Hell, go remake some thing that trully sucked, like DUNGEONS & DRAGONS

Carrie this is a remake, it's not anything new. The OG is a cult classic. Now don't go burning me a the stake, but some remakes have been good. This one migt be good, I'll keep my eye on it.
