LATEST NEWS

Well, it looks like Eric Valette (One Missed Call '08) is no longer involved with the project, as Martin Weisz (Hills Have Eyes II) has taken his place. Senator Entertainment is producing with filming expected to begin in July.

11.01.07
For whatever reason, the production never began last year, and apparently director Jorge Olguin has left the project, with Eric Valette (One Missed Call '08 ) taking his place. The script is now being handled by Borderland writer Eric Poppen. Thanks to STYD.

9.13.06
According to Production Weekly, filming will begin this December.

6.22.06
Chilean director Jorge Olguin is set to helm the film, which is said to begin production this fall. Apparently Jorge won Mayhem Project (company behind the film) over by showing them animated storyboards for the proposed film. The storyboards contained the villain "scissorhands" and a proposed trailer for the film.

I remember playing this game and getting the fucked up ending lmao. I just hope it starts off in the school like the game did that shit was scary and shit. That was one of the best game openings ever and I still love it. I would love for PS3 to bring it out as a classic game. I would definately buy it in a heart beat.

When I first played Clock Tower I thought this would make a great movie, and hearing that a movie is being made is great news, however I truly believe the film should be based on the original game which was not only the best of the 3 games but also the one with the best story and memerable characters...Scissorman belongs in the same breath as Mike Myers, Jason and Leatherface.
