| No official plot yet, but it's said to follow a man as he gets tangled up with black magic in the deep bowels of Mexico City. LATEST NEWS 1/17/06 Comments page 1 of 1:
Where did the "Behind the Scenes" shots of Curandero come from? Are they from Tatopolous or are they part of a DVD featurette on the makeup.
THIS MOVIE LOOKS SOOOO BAD. THE COSTUME DESIGHN MIGHT HAVE WORKED IN THE WRIGHT LIGHTING. BUT IT WOESNT AND IT DIDNT. AND NO ONES GOING TO CARE ABOUT THE CHARACTORS IF THEY ARE MEXICAN THUGS
Went to see the movie at an independent film festival. For a low budget film, I found it to be worth watching. It had an interesting focus on the color red for some of the scenes. It was unexpected at times but had a creepy feeling to it the entire time. This is not a slasher type movie whatsoever...it's more about black magic and superstitions that a lot of people believe in. Makes you think about ever messing with with black magic...especially in Mexico.
