- Steven Susco, who is working on the script for the remake for the Japanese horror film The Grudge, is scripting this film.
- The original has grossed $988,000 at the box office in Quebec, making it the top-grossing Quebecois thriller of all time.
- Montreal producer Nicole Robert will produce with Janick Neveu, as well as Vertigo Entertainment's Roy Lee and Doug Davison.
- Dimension Films will be putting this out.
- Remake of the Quebecois horror movie Sur le seuil (Evil Words).
