Looks like those that missed the showing with the After Dark Films horror fest can catch it on DVD next March, according to Fango. You can read my positive review here.

I've added a couple new posters above. Don't forget to purchase your tickets to see the film in theaters when it's relased this month along with seven other films in the After Dark Films horror fest. Read more about the event here. Also, keep an eye out for my positive review for the film, which should be up soon.

I've added a bunch of interesting new pics below, which were found here. Sadly, they are all fairly small, and I was unable to get any larger ones.

Thanks to annonymous source I've got info on the three main ghosts:

The first ghost is a little boy, seven or so from the 1950's, who liked to play with fire a little too much. He eventually burns down his house killing his family and himself. The kid's insane, his ghost bursting into flames to scare his victim.

The second ghost is a piano teacher, a model citizen, until she murders her cheating husband with an axe. His infidelity drove her mad - and she possesses the character of Josie Maran for a good part of the flick.

The third ghost is a judge - and upon his death - in his basement - hundreds of journals are found detailing his secret fetishes for self-mutilation and sexual torture....along with young girl's rotting corpse in a cage.

2/24/05
I've added a handful of actors to the cast. It looks like my source from the previous announcement was correct about filming, because official word from director Mike Mendez is out that filming has indeed begun.

2/11/05
I received an email from a source close to production that revealed filming will begin on the 22nd of this month in Greensboro, NC. He also said that fans can expect the film to be "effects heavy" with CGI, lots of wirework, and a lot of make-up effects.

10/21/03
Mike Mendez was quoted saying "I'm going for scares with The Gravedancers. This isn't tongue-in-cheek or campy, this is the real deal. I want to give people a reason to be afraid of ghosts again."
