im very much opposed to remakes of asian movies, especially japanese horror. i watched this one while half asleep so i'll have to pick up a copy and re-watch, but im scared

I actually don't mind the thought of this being remade - it was decent, but the plot was hard to follow in places, and I was unsure of what was happening half of the time. Maybe the American version will make more sense? I just hope that they keep the same atmosphere, because that was awesome. Very creepy - that hospital gave me the creeps.

I absolutely love Japanese horror movies. Although they are for the more intelligent of the horror film lover. They're not all about boobs and blood. I really liked the original Japanese version of this movie and the remake of the Grudge was great. Hopefully this will follow in those kinds of footsteps.

Not the best Asian horror I have seen, but it was still good. I hate to repeat myself, but America: LAY OFF THE ASIAN FILMS. YOU SUCK AT REMAKING THEM.

The Japanese film was so deep and great. I hope the American version doesn't rip it to shreds.
