In my many quests to find new pics and info for various films I stumbled onto a few pics for the film, which can be seen in the image gallery.

Now in post-production, the film is slated to hit the DVD market sometime this September. You can expect Jeffrey Combs to return as the Dr. with a slightly bigger role than with the first. Thanks to ComingSoon.

I've updated the cast with a bunch of new names, while Jeffrey Combs will be returning as the malevolent spectral doctor from the first film.

DETAILS

- Filmed in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- The film will have 4 alternate endings, which can be achieved through the different choices you must make through out the film. The DVD will be set out like a choose your own adventure, in which you choose the fate of the characters by choosing which doors to go through.
- Actress Amanda Righetti's character "Ariel Wolfe" will in some way be related to Ali Larter's character in the first film.
- Jeffrey Combs' role as Dr. Richard Benjamin Vannacutt will be slightly extended compared to the first.
- It's said that we'll see more of the lower levels of the house in this film.
- Warner Bros. will distribute the film as it goes straight to DVD.
- Produced by Dark Castle Pictures and Silver Entertainment.
- The sequel to 1999's House on Haunted Hill remake.

it was an ok movie, the only thing i would have fixed in the movie is the scene were she gets out of the house then runs back in. it seemed completely stupid and cliche the way she came back all hardcore wielding a weapon

Some people say their horror fans just tomake up the fact they can stomach a gory scene, no . . .
A good horror film as a good story line and only little have really amazed me, tis one dident
just gore for the sake of being sick really . . .

i saw this movie and was disapointed. i agree it was nowhere as good as the first one and it definately lacked because it didnt have the humor of Geoffrey Rush, who i found his personality and sarcasm in general but especially with famke Janssen quite entertaining. Jeffrey combs was less dramatic and the horror was at best second rate. if your looking for something to just watch for a fri night then this might be alright. i wouldnt waste your time buying it though.

This movie rocked. Way better than the original. Lots of blood and death, what more could you want?
