New 3D CGI remake of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD on the way
Simon West Productions will produce Night of the Living Dead: Origins, which will be directed by newcomer Zebediah de Soto, who also wrote the script with David R. Schwartz. The duo apparently started a digital effects company, which will develop new cutting edge hardware/software. For Night they plan to use a new real-time effects system called "The Beast," which is said to allow the filmmakers to direct CG performances the same way as real live actors.

I'm tired of one of the all time classics NTLD constantly remade into trash. I saw the last time they made NTLD into 3-D...GARBARGE!

WTF? All they can ever do is make remake after remake now. There are very few original films left!
Correction, the 3d remake was gay, and pretty damn lame, this though seems like a pretty interesting movie, way too many kids films dominating CG for all themselves, about time i get to see another horror flick like this!
