DEAD DAUGHTERS The original revolved around three girls who are murdered by their mother and their ghosts seek vengeance by randomly picking people to observe and if the subject does something wrong or acts out of line, the girls hold a merciless trial. DEATH LINE At the turn of the century a group of diggers became trapped beneath London while working on the tunnels for the new tube-train. Somehow surviving underground, the group eventually become inbred cannibals who now prey on late-night stragglers that roam the station. The very last of the group kidnaps a young lady in hopes of replacing his dead spouse, but the woman's boyfriend and the police slowly close in on their location. DON'T LOOK NOW No official plot yet. IN THE PLAYGROUND The original film followed a couple of tourists who arrive on an island where the children have mysteriously murdered all the adults. INFECTION The original followed the problematic staff at a rundown and isolated hospital, where a mysterious infection among the patients is revealed to have a supernatural origin. ISLE OF THE DEAD The original told the story of several people quaranteed on a small island, where its also believed to be inhabited by vampiric demons. This remake sets the film in present-day Afghanistan, where a viral outbreak will occur. IT'S ALIVE The original movie told the story about a baby who was born a monster and has a natural appetite to kill. LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT (REMAKE) Story revolves around a couple, on vacation at their lakeshore house, who inadvertently gives shelter to the sociopaths who have just assaulted and nearly killed their daughter. After discovering the truth, they exact revenge on the attackers. LET THE RIGHT ONE IN The original told the story of a 12-year-old boy who befriends his new neighbor that's revealed to be a vampire, who takes care of the bullies that torture the boy. LONG WEEKEND Attempting to resurrect their failing marriage, Peter and Marcia set out on a camping trip to a deserted stretch of the Australian coastline in the hope that a long weekend in the sunshine will help them patch their differences. They are a careless couple, littering the countryside with garbage, shooting guns and even driving away after killing a kangaroo with their truck. Their callous disregard for the environment soon becomes apparent when animals start to seek vengeance. MIRRORS An ex-cop begins work as a security guard at a local mall, where he discovers something awry in the mirrors of a department store. NEAR DARK The original told the story of a traveling family of vampires, who reluctantly bring a young new member into their group. We follow the family as they cause trouble in various towns and ultimately getting the law to catch up to them. NIGHT OF THE DEMONS (IN TALKS) No official plot yet. NIGHT OF THE LIVING DORKS The original film followed a group of nerdy friends as they get mistakenly turned into zombies after a failed voodoo ritual and decide to use their new found strength to become the popular guys in school. THE UNINVITED After Anna returns home from time in a hospital following the death of her mother, she and her older sister rally against their father's new love interest (former nurse of their mother), and become even more suspicious of the woman when the spirit of their mother visits and warns them of the woman's true intentions. URBAN DECAY (IN TALKS) No official plot yet, but the original was set in NY, where a rash of mysterious deaths in the city seem to point to grotesquely-deformed vagrants living in the sewer system. A group of people decide to enter the sewers in an attempt to discover the source and put a stop to these abominations. WHEN A STRANGER RETURNS No official plot yet, but the original told the story of similar events of the first movie happening to a new girl, and the victim from the first film is now aiding the new girl with the help of a retired cop that also worked on the original case back in '79. THE WITCHES The original followed a young boy who discovers a gathering of witches in a seaside resort. THE WIZARD OF GORE (DVD) No official plot yet, but the original was about a TV talk-show hostess and her boyfriend as they investigate a shady magician whom has the ability to hypnotize and control the thoughts of people in order to stage gory on-stage illusions using his mind bending powers. THE WOLFMAN An update of the classic tale of a man who returns from America to England, where he gets bitten by a werewolf and does what werewolves normally do.
