I heard a lot of bad reviews about this movie, so I wasn't expecting much. I liked the previous films, especially the first, so I figured checkin' part 3 shouldn't hurt much. After watching it I came to the conclusion that it was pretty much as I expected it to be. It had some nice special effects and interesting deaths and such, but really sucks story-wise. I personally thought they should’ve left the two alone and not have made a part 3, but oh well.

I thought it was funny how they didn't take long to get into the nudity. Pretty much at the start of the film you already see tits n' ass from two different girls. Not that I'm complaining or anything though. The acting wasn't anything special and the directing was okay. It had a similar atmosphere as the other films, but it didn't seem as dark as the others were. Then again I haven't seen the other films in a while.

Really the only thing that's somewhat good about this movie is the effects. I thought the effects were a little cheesy in parts, but it was better than I expected. I would have given the movie a lower-rating, but it kept my interest and it wasn't exactly a "bad" film just a not-so-good one; could have been a lot better though. Let’s just hope there won’t be anymore sequels.

They should have left the series alone. The previous two films were pretty good, but this third doesn't live up. It was interesting and had some nice effects, but the story sucks. Check this film out if you've seen the previous films, I guess, but I don't really recommend it.
