It had been a while sense I last heard anyone mention Lost Boys so when the squeal came out I had to go rent it. Though what I found was less then perfect in any way. The blood had been cranked up nearly nine fold all of the subtitles of of the first one where gone. Then there was the excess of sex used to excite the viewer leaving them more deceptive to terror. However all of this had a different effect on me rather then excite me this whole movie just left me pissed.

I thought House on the Edge of the Park was pretty shitty and poorly done, and it only became tense towards the very end when the blond girl showed up. Maybe because she almost looked like she was underage. Just my opinion though.

Though if you liked House on the Edge of the Park then you should definitely watch Last House on the Beach, good movie with a similar synopsis (3 bank robbers terrorize a house full of school girls and their female teacher).

You[re actually not missing a whole lot ; so you'd probably be even more pissed that you wasted your time downloading this . Sorry to say that there's nothing new to this film that you haven't seen in other giallos. Some of the acting is down right bad. If you're looking for bloody/ gory/ interesting murders I suggest you look else where because you won't find it here.

I've just noticed that there's an outbreak of these Japanese horror anthologies at my video rental place. The stories aren't that scary ,eerie or have any gore, but some of the storylines are pretty decent

My cousin bought me Dark Tales of Japan for Christmas. Most of those story lines are pretty weird. They could be decent ful-length movies if they wanted them to be.

I watched this last summer and i still cant figure out if i liked it or not. I thought it was really strange and it had me unsettled. It was a movie that still to this day i think about a lot. I just dont know if i liked it.

Rec. Rented it a couple of days ago and it kicked ass. The movie was awesome. Despite the slow pacing at some points, towards the end the movie picked up pace and delivered some really nice sequences and a very good atmosphere. Definetely recomend it.

Blade: Trinity - Big disappointment compared to the last two, the action scenes were tame (especially compared to part II), most of the dialogue corny, that guy who played Dracula sucked, Parker Posey was horrible, the only thing that really saved the movie was Ryan Reynolds...a lot of his lines were hilarious

The gore was decent but the film was absurd. I can see why this was shelved, it didnt deserve a wide release.

Mirrors. The main idea of haunted mirrors was kept in this remake but there were quite a few changes that made it a good remake without repeating a lot from the original movie "Into the mirror". The original had a spookier atmosphere whereas this one was going more for the scares. I like both the same though and this remake has one of the best deaths ever seen in a horror movie (jaw scene). 7/10
