Good film, I know they have a producers cut. Don't know about directors, I'd love to see one.

Im fairly surprised Dimension has'nt attempted to cash in off the producers cut with an official Collectors release after all these years. To my knowledge, they haven't released it via VHS or DVD.

Only way is to go the bootleg route at a con or on eBay.

There has never been an official copy of the P-cut to Halloween 6 but like someone said you can get one on ebay but its a bootleg most likely.

i want to check out the producers cut, but i don't feel like dealing with ebay. the only logical solution is to have it released officially on dvd. yup.

Did'nt Fright have afew exclusive copies?

I might be wrong, but afew years ago, I thought I remembered Fright talking about them. Could be wrong though.

I actually liked the theatrical version, and hope some day that the producers cut is released. I hate bootlegs and eBay so I guess I'm out of luck.

I have a copy...I bought one of Frights years ago, great flick and it's better than the original (not part one). Eventually im sure it will get released, money talks. But if you get a chance the see, you won't regret it.

the P cut is a much better cut than the theatrical. After you watch the p cut and then the original, there are scenese that do not make sense, but they do in the p cut.

a lot like the ultmate cut of Terminator 2, the ultimate directors cut answers so many more questions than the theatrical.

I thought part 6, next to "Resurrection" was the worst of the Halloween series, but I've heard people say the P. Cut is the best of all the sequels -- I imagine it would have to be significantly different and probably longer. Does anyone have the stats to compare running times?
