I've been trying to figure out what a certain movie was for years now, I was probably 8 when I saw it and it scared the shit out of me. I never bothered to post info about it cause all I have are vivid images in my head from watching it years ago and didn't think anyone would be able to figure out what it was. Here goes:

A young girl ends up having to move in with her uncle and aunt for some reason. I remember the house looked like a old farm house and there was a lake in the back with a dock and little wooden row boat. For some reason she's really scared and everyone is acting weird. Theres a part in the movie I think at the end where she running outside of the house toward the dock with the row boat and there's blood all over the house from her uncle and aunt and outside as she's running toward the boat there's a shot of a lawnmower with blood all over it. (I think its her cousins blood)

If I remember correctly, her whole family is dead but they come back as vampires/zombies/demons (don't know which one) and they chase her to the boat.....thats all I remember.

I'm 24 so the movie has to be pretty old If I was 7 or 8 at the time. I remember the movie had a really dark atmosphere to it. Thats it, thats all I can remember, I've been trying to figure out what movie this was for years now.

I'm trying to think of this movie, I think it was a DTV or made for tv film, but it was awesome. All I can remember is that they're in a strange town and it's this family... and its like empty or something, they're far into like a desert are.a.. I remember two aprts. One is where a father and son (I think) are climbing a hill (of sand, cuz they're in a desert area) and the son (or father,c ant remember) suddenly dissapears when the other turns around to talk to them. The tohe rpart is the end, where the family is safe again and driving down a n empty road at night, and they're all happy and shit, and then suddenly they hit the "creature" that was hunting them (I think) and they're car swerves and either crashes, or they get out, and more come and kill them (also can't remember)

This is atleast 3 years old, don't know much else.

One movie I've been trying to remember goes something like this:

A group of men wearing crazy masks shows up to a school and takes the teacher and students hostage to some cave or something up in the mountains. They (students and teacher)end up escaping by swimming through a hole and head to a different cave where they create traps and weapons to fight off the men. Any clue?

Ok - heres one: im guessing it was made in the early 60's, B&W. All i can really remember is the beginning - opens on a construction site where we can hear digging(i think)and the crys of teenage boy pleading for his life. The camera pans to a hole in the ground where we see our victem. He continues to ask who the person is that is doing this and when the killer begins to pour cement(i think thats right) the killer replys, "...im your father." or something to that effect. As i recall not a very good movie but the name escapes me. 'Terrified' maybe. Anyways, just thought i would throw that out to the think tank here at UHM.

I'm not giving anyone much to go on here but I remember seeing a movie in (say) 1989 on video and it's driving me insane that I can't remember what it's called. All I remember is a guy driving along a road and all of a sudden a barrell comes out of the woods and causes him to run off the road. He ends up in a house with some sort of creepy shi* going on.

One of the victims' angry father decided to get revenge on the trucker and went in search of this trucker, to exact his vengence. And so forth. I could give away an important plot twist to help, but I'll wait to see if anybody gets it before I throw that out there.

Alright guys, help me out because i have to own these movies.

1.) This couples little girls drowns. I think they see a blind psychic or something. The guys thinks a murderer in a red cloak is the ghost of his daughter. He chases her down and it ends up being a dwarf that kills him. I think it was made in either the late 60's or early 70's. That scene scared the shit out of me when I saw it ages ago. Might be one of the creepiest scenes ever in a movie.

2.) I haven't seen or heard about this movie since I was about 8 or 9. The kid from Blank Check is a little psycho. He falls in love with a teenage girl that is his neighbor or something. He finds out she has a boyfriend so he gets pissed and goes on a killing spree. If I remember, its a fun movie to watch. You guys are gods if you tell me the titles.

Ive only seen this one once and its been a long time ago.

Made possibly in the 70's or 80's about 3 girls who go camping and 2 of the girls get kidnapped by 2 redneck brothers and are held at their house where their insane mother lives as well. They keep the 2 girls and rape/torture them at will, and its up to the 3rd girl to sneak in and save them. All through the movie the crazy mom is going on about a monster in the woods that got someone she knew and shes terrified of it, she clams to be keeping the 2 sons around to protect her from the thing. Then in the end the 3rd girl kills the 2 brothers and saves her friends and run into the woods only to be attacked by the monster. I also remember the song "I think were alone now" playing as the credits roll.

Any ideas on what this is?

This one movie I saw a while ago, maybe I was 9? Anyway, I don't remember much of the story, but the killer wore a black mask and I only remember one death scene, but the girl is running from the killer and she gets to an elevator, but he catches her and takes a wire from the elevator and puts in on her face and he faces gets all bloody and gross and she dies. That's all I remember, does anyone know the name?

ok, so I didn't want to make a whole thread for this, and sadly there is not sitcky like this in non-horror, so I will ask it here. (and besides, I could be a horror movie anyway)

I really don't know anything about this movie at all, except it was featured on a big movie blooper tv show that I saw a few years ago.

The blooper is supposed to be the fact that in one of the shots in the movie, the boom stick (I think thats what it was) is clearly visible in one of the top corners.

However, the speaker goes on to say that the mistake was seen by editors but left in because in that scene two characters in the film are have a fight, and one of them opens a drawer and grabs a knife (all of which takes place in one of the bottom corners) so he/she thought there was no chance anyone would be looking away from it.

It's called "Junk" and it happens to be one of my absolute favorite asian horror flicks...

Koolmike, this a pretty kickin' zombie flick, you should check it out... if you do, see if you can spot the scene that is shot frame for frame exactly like the scene in Zombie, where they walk in and find the doctor's wife getting her guts munched. (be sure to snag the unrated version though!)

I recall watching a film on Saturday afternoon (the show used to be called Creature Double feature and it was great) when I was a kid. It was a horror trilogy tale as I remember. This would have been either a late 60's or early 70's movie. One story was the tale of a cape that when worn, would turn the wearer into a vampire. I think the story line revolved a around a play or movie about a vampire. I seem to remember the man playing the vampire using it, then a female co-star turning the tables on him and using it as well. She floated up in the air in the house they were in. It is vague now. In another story, a man who draws pictures makes things comes to life. The scene from that one I remember is him crumbling up a drawing and throwing it in the pond behind the house. It floats to the other side where the creature he drew picks it up. We're going back 20 some odd years now, but that is all I can recall. Any idea what movie this was?

This isn't horror but it has been bugging me for a while. I saw this movie around 12 years ago.

It's about this guy that creates a flying machine made of metal with huge wings. There is a love story in there(it's pretty vague but he takes pictures if his girlfriend while she is naked in a water fountain). In the end he is demonstrating his flying machine in a school gym(I think) and he loses contol of it and crashes down falling right on his neck.

Well, I have asked for many years what this movie is...but no one seems to have any idea.....I will give it another go.

All I remember is what I think was the end of the film (not sure though)

A woman is hiding in a room (it must be her apartment or something) and a little dummy (doll or ventriloquists doll) is walking down the hall with a knife. The doll walks VERY slow, and she talks to it, calling it by name and asking for mercy. She closes the door, and the doll places the knife under the door and starts slowely scraping back and forth....back and forth.....

This isn't childs play, or Magic, or Dolls, or any other doll horror that anyone has been able to name. I have no idea what it is. Anyone have any clue?

That would be The Kiss. It's with Joanna Pacula and Meredith Salenger. The woman you mentioned wasn't a vampire though. It all has something to do with voodoo, actually.

The Kiss was actually one of the movies I saw when I was very young too and couldn't remember the title for some time. It stuck in my memory as a child because it made me forever paranoid of escalators, lol. There was one scene where a girl bends down on an escalator and her long necklace gets caught...and you can pretty much imagine what happens next, lol. But yeah, I found a vhs copy a few years ago and bought it. It's actually a pretty good, underrated movie. It was just recently put on dvd so you can check it out.

At the beginning a little girl awakens in the middle of the night from a noise she heard. She goes to investigates. At the top of the stairs she is pushed down. By who we do not know, the person is hidden in the dark.
However the little girl does not die.

Next scene I remember is the little girl is hidding behind a curtain in the living room and a man is hammering away at her face with a hammer. The curtain gushes of her blood as the man continues to beat away.
The little girl does not die.

OMG ive seen that, i watched it on movie extra on foxtel cable tv, and i think at the ending they are on the dinner table eating and the kid screams and the camera knocks to the ground and u see alien feet running, that movie f**k!N scared me, especially when the kid was in his room tlaking to the camera and u see shadows running around him. Ok this is a shot in the dark since i watched this movie when i was still really young about 20 years ago.

From what i remember there was this couple living in a base on another planet and i think they were scientists or something. Then another man comes along who i think they were expecting and he has a small ponytail and also some sort of a probe at the back of his head which he changes every now and then. There is also this robot involved which was built i think by the visitor. It turns out that this visitor was the bad guy, and towards the end, after having killed the husband he manages to fuse the husband's body with the robot's or something like that.

I got one i doubt ( but hope to be wrong lol ) that no one's gonna get for me......

At the beginning a little girl awakens in the middle of the night from a noise she heard. She goes to investigates. At the top of the stairs she is pushed down. By who we do not know, the person is hidden in the dark.
However the little girl does not die.

Next scene I remember is the little girl is hidding behind a curtain in the living room and a man is hammering away at her face with a hammer. The curtain gushes of her blood as the man continues to beat away.
The little girl does not die.

I need help!

I'm trying to track down the name of a film I saw about twenty years ago on British television, when I was about ten. It's a haunted house/ghost story in the Amityville vein. It may have been one of the many made-for-TV ghost stories around at the time (about 1985), or it may have been an earlier theatrical film.

I can't remember too much about the movie, but here are the details. A family live in a large house. One of the younger children starts talking to an 'imaginary friend' (I didn't say it was a particularly original film!) and the 'friend' begins hurting people. The scene that sticks in my head the most involves this 'being' taking a large pet llizard and scaring the crap out of an old woman, who eventually has a heart attack and dies. In another scene the 'friend' managed to convince one of the children to get up on the roof of the house.

I haven't seen this movie since then, or picked up any clues about what it might be. I wasn't allowed to watch it all then, and I wouldn't mind tracking it down and having another look decades down the line. It'll probably be another tacky made-for-TV 'true life' haunting, but those images have stayed with me since I was a kid, along with the video cover to Phantasm and the tagline to Alien.

Can anyone help? Does it ring any bells with you lot?

This movie in my opinion is one of those forgotten gems that a lot of people remember growing up but ,then seem to forget the title.
The scene where the mother looks under the bed and her dead daughter's ghost/spirit is there looking back,and then winks is one of the spookiest things I have ever seen,and prevented me from looking under my bed for many years.

ok i've got two for ya.....

I don't even know for sure if this is a real movie or some demented thought/nightmare of mine, but if its an actual movie, then i would've seen it when i was very young, maybe 4 or 5 (i'm 21 now). The only thing I can remember is there was like a pit or a well or some kind of hole in the ground in the woods, and I think there was monsters or something that lived in it, and at the end there was a little girl and boy and the girl pushes the boy into the hole with the monsters. Please tell me this is a movie, and that I'm not becoming more insane than I already am.

The second is a movie I saw on tv when i was about 13, all i can remember was there was a little girl sleeping in her bed and a very very small gnome like creature that was trying to i guess suck out her soul or something, and the little girls cat ends up launching the gnome off a record player into a fan and kills it.

#2-Another straight to DVD Hellraiser where this cop has sex with a hooker, then the next morning he gets a phone call at the station from her screaming in fear. Towards the end, he walks through an artic-like place with a shotgun. At the end he realizes he will live the same day for the rest of eternity Groundhog Day style, even after killing himself.

Anybody know these movies,not horror. I'm not sure what both were about but one of the movies was about this guy going to an island or something to see his girlfriend and then the dad tells him to go outside only to end up getting hunted by his two gaurds. Another one that I remember was about some butler guy doing work for some mob boss at his masion and there was a big party in the backyard and the someone tells the butler not to break an expensive vase but the vase ends up breaking towards the end of the movie.

Could be a tough one...this is a little vague. But I seem to remember a movie where someone gets melted by acid...it may have even been in a bathtub but not sure. Seems like they showed the acid actually burning away the skin while the person was still alive and flailing.
