A 19-year-old Deltona man is arrested for assaulting his own mother, with a taco. Dena Moir tells Fox 35 News her son, Zachary Moir, got out of control Wednesday night when she was calling him down for dinner. When he refused to stop playing his X-box and come down for dinner, Dena Moir says she went upstairs and unplugged the game, that's when she says Zachary pushed her and called her a bad name. "I've been having trouble with him for awhile won't work, wont' go to school. He's being rude and disrespectful. Pushing things to the limit as far as the violence.”

A few minutes later Dena says she was in the kitchen cleaning and cooking tacos for dinner when Zachary showed up. That's when she says he slapped her arm and threw a taco in her face.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Investigators are baffled as to how a man suffered second- and third-degree burns inside his apartment — even though the only sign of a fire was a candle in the bathroom. Knoxville Fire Department crews found the 56-year-old victim inside his apartment bathroom Monday afternoon with third-degree burns to his face and second-degree burns to his hands.

Officials say they knocked on the door of the unit at Cagle Terrace Apartments, and went inside when they heard someone moaning.

The man, who was not identified, was later taken to a burn center for treatment.

Fire officials say their investigation is ongoing.

A university in Taiwan has opened a course to teach students how to appreciate and analyse porn movies.

The Mass Communication Department of Providence University opened the course this semester, reports United Daily News.

To pass the course, students must give a 15 minute presentation in which they analyse an audience's psychological reaction to a porn clip from an academic perspective.

One worried student, who did not wish to be named, commented: "If I get a very good score in this course, I don't know how I'll explain it to my parents."

When registering for the voluntary course, students signed a paper agreeing that if the scenes were too explicit, they could choose to leave the classroom

The teacher, assistant professor Miss Chen Mingmei, said no students had ever left her class but some would briefly cover their eyes during the stronger scenes.

More than 50 students registered for the course, and most of them confessed that they had watched porn videos before.

Curiosity was given as the main reason for taking the course and most admitted their parents did not know what they were studying.

Another student admitted: "I am really worried my parents will see the score report when it is mailed home. I won?t know what to say if I get a high score

Officials at Comcast confirmed that its signal was interrupted during the Super Bowl, but the company is still working to figure out how porn broke into its cable feed.

Chinese tycoon's best-mistress contest takes tragic turn

MOSCOW, February 17 (RIA Novosti) - A bizarre best-mistress competition held by a local tycoon in eastern China ended with one of the women driving him and her four rivals off a cliff, the Shanghai Daily said on Tuesday.

The woman was killed, while her four rivals and the businessman were injured in the incident, which took place in the Shandong Province on December 6.

The details behind the crash came to light after the parents of the 29-year-old dead woman, only identified as Yu, handed over to police a letter that she had written.

In her letter she said had been one of five mistresses kept by a married Chinese businessman, identified only by his surname, Fan, since 2000. All the five knew about each other, but chose not to break up the relationship as they received a monthly allowance of 5,000 yuan ($733) and a rent-free apartment.

"The businessman was going to lay off four of his five mistresses due to financial troubles," the paper said. "The women were allowed to vie for the remaining position by competing on their looks, their singing and speaking and their ability to drink alcohol."

The man decided to organize a closed pageant to select the best of the five and even invited an instructor from a modeling agency to help him with his choice. Yu was knocked out of the first round of the competition.

"When Fan told Yu she had lost her position and he was selling her apartment, she decided to take revenge," the newspaper said.

She invited the businessman and the four other mistresses on a mountain trip and drove the car off a cliff, killing herself.

As a result of the scandal, the tycoon's wife demanded a divorce after learning about his affairs, while the four mistresses left him after he shut down his business. He also had to pay 580,000 yuan ($85,000) compensation to the parents of the dead woman.

Bedlam Erupts At NYC 'Top Model' Auditions
3 Arrested, 6 Injured After Calls Of 'Fire' And 'Gun' Cause Hopefuls For Tyra Banks-Hosted Show To Stampede

Three people were arrested and six others were hurt on Saturday after bedlam broke out while contestants were waiting to audition for "America's Next Top Model" in Manhattan.

"It was scary," aspiring model Sofia Tancredi said. "The girls were crying."

Officials said the chaos Saturday afternoon, involving hundreds of people outside the Park Central New York hotel, was prompted by smoke coming from an overheated car nearby that caused someone to yell "fire," sparking a model stampede at the Midtown hotel.

Mere moments later, someone yelled about a man with a gun, leading to more running and screaming chaos. The panic left the street outside the hotel littered with the would-be models' shoes and clothing, according to news reports.

"People were screaming 'fire,' people were screaming 'guns,'" aspiring model Imani said.

"Somebody screamed 'bomb,' so everybody panicked," Tasha McKethan said.

Three people were arrested on disorderly conduct charges, police said. Authorities also shut down the audition, saying it wasn't properly organized.

"No one came outside to explain anything to us," Palisade Park resident Jessica Paravati said. "We've been standing here since last night, we're out here for a reason, we want this – truly, truly want this."

Tancredi and friends feel lucky they can walk away from a melee where there was a lack of model behavior. They also want another chance.

"We want another date," she said.

Of the six reportedly injured, two were taken to Cornell University Hospital. The other four refused medical attention.

"We got trampled over," Bronx resident Lisa Johnson says. "Do you know how many people lost their purses, got hurt tonight?"

All injuries are said to be minor.

The FDNY said four injured people declined treatment, while two others were taken to a hospital. Their conditions weren't immediately available.

The clean-up is underway, and only a handful of the young women remain - their hopes trampled, and their questions unanswered.

The phone rang unanswered at the hotel. Representatives for The CW Network, which airs the reality show, say they are cooperating with police, but wouldn't say when - or if - the auditions would be rescheduled.

The popular reality show is hosted by supermodel Tyra Banks, who also serves as its executive producer. The current season began March 4.

Her agent and publicist didn't immediately return telephone calls.

Banks has said she created the show to counter stereotypes about beauty, and Saturday's auditions were open only to women no taller than 5-foot-7, shorter than the industry's conventions.

Open tryouts also are being held this month in several other cities around the country, including Dallas, Chicago and Los Angeles.

A TAIWAN carpenter bought a porn DVD only to find secretly taped motel footage of his wife having sex with his friend, whom the husband later stabbed.

The husband, identified only by his surname Lee, discovered the illicit sex on the DVD in 2002.

The sexual acts apparently had been recorded using a hidden camera and were on a pornographic DVD, titled Affairs with Others' Wives, which the husband bought from a vendor to watch at home.

Lee, who lives in Taoyuan County near Taipei, divorced his wife after viewing the DVD. His friend, a butcher, fled their village.

In August 2008, Lee spotted the butcher in Chungli City, returned with a knife and stabbed his former friend in the thigh.

The butcher sued Lee for causing bodily harm. Lee sought but was unable to countersue the butcher for adultery, because of a five-year statute of limitations.

Prosecutors urged the men to settle the case out of court, but they refused.

With the failure to resolve the case, Lee was indicted on Tuesday on a charge of causing bodily harm to another person, the Liberty Times reported.

Prosecutors were seeking a sentence of less than six months in prison, which can be converted into a fine.

Health: 77-Year-Old Gets Transgender Operation
Recently Chastity Bono announced she was having surgery to become a man. A transgender center in Montgomery County is busier than ever. Medical Reporter Stephanie Stahl has the exclusive story of one of the oldest patients to make the switch.

Renee Ramsey is recovering from the surgery that she's been dreaming of for decades.

"Since I was about 13, I always knew something was different," said Renee.

She used to be Richard; a green beret specialist in Vietnam. A tough guy who privately dreamed of wearing dresses.

"It was weird cause as much as I wanted to dress like a lady, I didn't say anything. I knew if I did I would be discharged," said Renee.

She was in the military for over 20 years and married twice. She says Richard eventually started to dress like a woman, but switched back into the uniform for official duties.

"A lot of these transgender patients who try to be men, they take on masculine jobs they become labor struck, drivers, police men, soldiers," said Dr. Sherman Leis, with The Philadelphia Center for Transgender Surgery, says people with gender identity issues often try to over compensate.

"It was just a wonderful thing that I wanted for my whole life," said Dr. Christine McGinn, who CBS 3 interviewed three years ago. She had once been a man in the Navy. A military man, like Richard, who's now Renee.

Renee is 77, and while genital re-assignment surgery is complicated, age, as long as there are not medical problems, usually isn't an issue.

"Renee happens to be in great medical shape. She was a very physical person for many years, and she went through the surgery very well," said Dr. Leis.

Renee says she waited until her wife died to have the surgery, and finally feels normal.

"I'm happy good, as happy as any woman could be," said Renee.

The surgery can be expensive, $20,000. It's something that Renee has been saving for almost all her life. Transgender surgeries are not tracked, but Dr. Leis says his numbers are up.

Each week, for an hour, Hanks snuggles close to a microphone in a tiny soundproof closet, reading — and describing in great detail — portions of the latest Playboy issue for the blind.

"I don't have to try to read it sexy," laughs Hanks, one of about 200 volunteers at Houston-based Taping For The Blind, Inc. "I just read it, and I'm a woman, and that's pretty much sexy."
