Hot damn, what a fun film. Leave it to Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright to make a blast of the cop genre film.

The horror elements in the film that are used for the kill's a sprinkled through out the movie and add a nice atmosphere in the big revelation scene.

The film does have one moment of damn jaw dropping gore that caught EVERYONE off guard in the theatre. Was a wonderful sound hearing the audience gasp simultanously.

I have to say that even though the film is advertised as light with some sinister undertones, the movie goes well beyond those implications.

The acting in the film was pretty damn top notch, was great to see Simon Pegg and Nick Frost on the big screen again as well as Timothy Dalton back on the big screen playing a suspicious character.

Only real complain is Edger Wright's over use of shakey cam and speed editing. Got in the way of the film half the time in my opinion.

I loved the fact that even though this was a dark comedy it had a lot of fucked up moments towards the end and the slasher scenes are pretty fucking good.

The film is definitelly a genre bender, a dark cop comedy action film with a nice use horror mixed in.

Not certain how many others saw it but I highly reccomend it, well if you're into this sort of thing.

I thought this was a Shaun of the Dead sequel?

Nopes, though it has a few references to shaun of the dead, and evil dead. The film is a little more fun and than funny, but it does have some pretty damn hilarious moments.

Definitelly picking this sucker up day 1 of the dvd release.

It opened to like 800-something theaters. The ones playing in my area are around 25-minutes away, and I don't like driving so long just to see a flick when there are theaters less than a few minutes away from me.

Only 800 across North America? Doesnt that seem a little low to some people? wow.

Just checked it today and enjoyed every minute. The 'Point Break' nods had me in tears.

For those who can't check it in theaters, there's a really good TELESYNC copy out on the net.

This movie was wonderful. The ending was the sweetest thing ever.

It was only in some indie theaters around my area.

Fairly funny film. Could have been a little better. I like the Cornetto gags though. Apparently they'll be in all the films they do together.

It was good but boy did this film drag on. It was like
they pilled on every ALTERNATE ending they could
find to make like one HUGE ending.
