What are some of you memorable sports moments?

A few of mine are the time Mike Tyson took a chunk out of Holyfield's ear, and the time Patrick Roy left Montreal and won the cup with Colorado.

Heres a clip of Tyson in action. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=StwBMTUTfc8

Liverpool winning the Champions League final after going 3-0 down, a Stevie Gerrard performance encouraged us to get the defecit back to 3-3 and to win 3-2 on penalties.

maybe 10 seconds before the half in a denver -queens game in 03, DC found Moss over the middle. While just about every defender had Moss surrounded for the tackle, Moe Williams came running behind the group and Moss flipped the ball over the head. Williams took it the rest of the way, completing a 60 yard (give or take) TD.

that's my favorite moss moment, seconded by the touchdown catch @ on thanks giving.

i foget who it was, but maybe the most upsetting catch in my fooball was *a weinfeld* on a monday night game againts the queens...the game was all but won, the ball was all but dropped but as he fell the ball fell with him and never touched the ground...he got up and walked it.

crazzy shit

Hey doc, how about that Favre to Antonio Freeman catch on MNF? 'The Catch'

Then again there's Moss coming into Lambeau in the playoffs and destroying the entire secondary.

Tit for tat I suppose. :D

this one? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m_dQrqiFIKI

the catch i was talking about was also mnf but at lambo, no idea what year, but it was al michaels on the call.

both of them are just beyond f'd...specially for a vikings fan that was already soaking in the victory.

course they play all 60 minutes for a reason.

The best one AND THE BAND IS OUT ON THE FIELD.

The draft is a gamble, and there was no way of knowing Williams wasnt going to be the receiver many thought he would be.
I was furious when the Vikings passed him up.

Not really an overall sports moment this is but the 07 Sox with another comeback series victory followed by another World Series Sweep.

Were the Pats failed with seconds remaining, the Sox showed they were able to do it all again in similar fashion to the epic sports moment of the WS win in 04.

Too bad they will be mediocre at best this upcoming season. The C's are the last hope. The Bruins are too streaky and the goaltending isnt great.
