Anyone seen this anime when it was out? I remember seeing a trailer for it when I went to go see The Host at the movies. Is this worth a watch?

Just got done watching it and holy shit when you watch this movie. It makes you seem that you on acid or x. Because this movie was weird and very good. I love the music and everything. Probably one the best anime films I've seen.
