"Tales From The Crypt" is one of my all time favorite TV series out there. The last "season" came out on DVD Oct. 23rd and I am looking forward to picking it up. I love this set of flicks and I a glad to see them ALL out on DVD now. Just thought I would post about it.

I love the series too. I will be putting the 7th season on my chrimbo list. I don't think i have watched all the 6th season yet.

I loved the comics as a kid.

Tales from The Darkside needs a DVD release!

I loved the series! I have the first season on DVD. I've been meaning to pick up the other seasons, but have been distracted by other releases. Perhaps I'll ask for them for Christmas! :eyebrow:

The cartoon and the live action shows were fantastic... I watched them both growing up. My father used to record the live action show (it aired at midnight) and I would watch it after school the next day or if I had time; before school and i'd never miss the cartoon on the weekends. Totally looking into picking up these dvd's in the future.

I seen one episode of the cartoon. It was about the horror of not learning how to read. Oooh FCC and your educational guidelines.

I use to watch the repeats on FOX, when I was young. Then later seen them on HBO and be surprised how much got cut.

I need to start renting the seasons.

Tales from the Crypt was fucking brutal.

When I first heard of Masters of Horror I hoped it would be kinda like Tales from the Crypt but sadly most of MOH suck.

My favorite TFTC episode was the one that told the conception of the cryptkeeper.:lol:

MOH put out great episodes.
Pelts, Cigarette Burns, and Jenifer, were better than any TFTC ep's.
TFTC was a better seriesr though.

Masters of horror soldout and is now part of network TV. Titled fear itself I believe.

I'd love to just see a Vault of Horror series. Those were the best stories of the three in the comics. Although sometimes The Haunt of Fear stories were great!

I believe that was Lower Berth from season 2.

Like MST3K, Season 2 was easily my favorite.

i remember an episode where a rich couple adopts a kid and then it turns out that the couple are vampires then we find out that the kid is a werewolf!Still remember that scene

kid:now i remember who i am

couple smirking at kid:Oh Realy?And what is that?

kid:I'm a werewolf,and i have an apetite for vampires!
