so..what you're saying is that you don't want to see 'the dark knight' and that movies in general shouldnt have sequels?

If so then thats a pretty narrow midned thing to say. What about all the good sequels that have come out?

Like Aliens, Army of Darkness, spiderman 2, X-2, Dawn of the dead(1978), the godfather pt 2, and Terminator 2.

Admitidly there are most likelly a good thousand sequels that suck harder than room full of vaccums. but for the ones that dont suck, you should give them credit.

Well I don't mind the sequals as much the remakes. But then again it does fade in and out... some good some bad... fuck. I dunno anymore.

So fucking agreed. I'll take a crazy sequel over a remake any day. Just keep going with what you have.. it may not be that good, but at least you're not falling back on something someone else did.. so fucking long ago.

Sequals are fine. Disappoint me with a new, crappy story. Not a remake on a story that A. Was fine the way it was. or B. Was too crappy to remake anyways.

What is going on? The only sequel i'm looking forward to in this bunch is Diary of the dead 2 but come on this has got to stop if there is one more sequel added to the messege board i swear to god i'm going to go postal on hollywood

Sequels make the world go round my man.....GOOD sequels. Some sequels, like the ones that have nothing to do with the previous film, or ones that have no stars from the original....do tend to suck...however, nothing like going into a theater to check out a contenuation of a good movie.
