Timshift question

got this off gamefly the other day and I'm stuck. Its not the greatest FPS to come out. But its fun. I would atleast rent it if your curious. But I'm in a place where I have to climb the scaffolding. You make the elevator go up and fall back down when you turn the wheel and use time reverse to make the elevator go back up. But once I get up there I'm stuck. Theres this mini ladder thing you climb up and once I'm up there I have no idea where to go.

Beat this earlier. Okay game. The gameplay gets kinda boring after a while and pretty much stays that way throughout the rest of it. The story sucks and the ending is just short and confusing. I was so bored by it all that towards the end it felt like a chore to have to beat the damn thing.
