Center of page is 'earn revenue with Adsense'. There's a start for you.

Bingo! Heck, I helped a friend of mine set up a webpage with pics and mini animations for forum folks to use in sigs and stuff (like here). Fairly regular income due to Adsense attachment to the website. Not 'job quitting' kind of cash, but not bad at all for a hour or so a day maintaining a website thats merely a pic library.
