Alreayd seen pix of Leonard Nimoy and Zarchary Quinto together online and they do have a very strong resemblence to eachother, but seeing Quinto in Spock make up is really an interesting sight.

Though his skin tone is a lot darker than Nimoy's, its still commedable. Heres hoping we get as good a performance.

Hope they stay retro with the original series look as well. I'm a little excited about this film after seeing a few images finally, still the casting of Simon Pegg as 'Scotty' is enough to grab my attention.

Heres hoping.

They have been doing some real good casting lately. I heard last night they even cast someone in the Pike role which is a nice nod to the fans. I mean it could be very simple to ignore a fact like that because general public doesnt know anything about the character.

Still I wish shatner had some role in this... sad that he isnt.

cool. I was never a fan of the show but for some reason the movies were worth watchin. I'll see this cuz my mom was a big trek fan back in the day.

I like the guy because I know him as Sylar from Heroes but I have to say he looks a little on the gay side in that 2nd picture.

Shatner confirmed a moth and a half or so ago that he indeed has some part in the film.I know Kirks parents are suppossed to be in th efilm as well, wondering if Shatner might be Kirks father(OMG!...kidding)

ah crap i am always so behind on the news to this one. Ok now i am happy this will kick all sorts of ass and i will need to drag my girlfriend to it. This is going to be very cool i just know it.

Dont think so, if he was it'd be all over the tabloids as they dont have anything else to do until Britney Spears inserts her head up an elephants ass for publicity.

He needs a deep voice, i think thats going to be the hardest part. The look he has, but hey some make up can make someone close look exact these days.

SPocks dad been casted now.

I've heard nothing about Zach Quinto Being gay though Booberry. You might just have yer hopes up some, but who knows?
