I am most likely preaching to a choir that’s not the most interested in this sport that is so much better then the NBA and if you want to argue that feel free.

Preseason favorites include UNC, UCLA, Memphis and Kansas and I personally like UCLA the most. They play in the toughest conference this year in the Pac 10 and they have a great freshman power forward. UNC even had trouble with an experienced Davidson (who I think will do fairly well tourney time.)

Early Upsets in the FIRST WEEK!
Mercer over USC
Gardner Webb over Kentucky
Belmont over Cincinnati
Sam Houston State over Texas Tech

Favorite teams will consist of Davidson and Michigan State but I will also like Minnesota. Tubby Smith will do a good job and Minnesota brings back three good seniors hopefully they can slide into the tourney.

Rock Chalk.
So far we are looking good. Sharron collins was injured right when Brandon Rush came back to play. So that kind of saved the Arizona game for us. But we will definitely need Collins back if we are going to beat some of these teams come conference play.

And as much as i freaking hate KSU, i must admit, Beasley is a goddamn monster averaging 27 ppg 16 rpg

Only good thing about College ball is the NCAA Tourney IMO. You can just skip the rest of it and wait till then.

Pity NCAA Football still hasnt figured it out yet. The BCS system is uber weak, just go with a 8-12 team playoff format with no bye weeks and play it out for a month or two IMO.

Its just like a regular season in the NBA or MLB. NBA is weaker then college basketball because theyre is parity, and there is no surprises. But with college basketball hell the unbealivable can happen. George Mason beat UCONN in the elite eight made me shed tears.

I could not agree more, with the bcs you cant tell what the best team is because of a 1 game playoff. And its just plain exciting to see a tourny, and a lot easier to make bets.

Oregon vs Kansas State was a dandy. Watching this game I have to say that Michael Beasley is the best all around freshman. Oregon needs to learn something called defense before they go to the tourney.
