Rule of Rose & Jericho

Survival Horror was covered in an old thread but I don't remember if anyone mentioned beating Rule of Rose. I finally got my hands on it, I know, like 200 years too late but in any case, it was good. If it weren't for the cheats, Jennifer would have never made it passed the first round of ugly things because her gameplay sucks! It was like Max Payne, she was hard to move & fight. I think the game despite it's disturbing background, was endearing & I'm basing that solely on her & Brown was just cute. She held onto that little dog & he fought w/her & it was just a whole new concept in gaming. Partners aren't unheard of, but that was just a cool touch they put into the game. It's a happy not so happy ending though but worth a buy. The game rocks!

Jericho was damned cool. If you're looking for a less than 15 hour game to beat in a weekend, buy it. It's awesome. You possess other people & play as them & I'm biased but I'll always go for Xbox 360 over PS3 & I own both. I think the Xbox is superior in graphics.

Been wanting to buy Rule of Rose for the longest time now. I tried a couple of time on ebay but always get outbid. Definitely gonna get a hold of it one day.

I went crazy trying to buy it on Ebay but I've found that w/games sometimes & ones that may seem hard to find, I just go to gamestop & have them do a storewide search. That's how I got Rule of Rose. It was at a store like 3 miles from the one I was in. It's weird like that. Sometimes a game is built up to be hard to find & we go to all these extremes when it's right around the corner. Try that & maybe you'll find it. I paid $19.00 as opposed to Ebay's $29. I hope that helps.
