Odds are this has been chatted about. But who would rather see a sequel to Phantasm IV or a remake? Personally i would love to see either. Thoughts?

Those movies were so cool. I wish we could have seen more of the Tall Man's world. We know he was making slaves & sometimes we got to see glimpses but I wish more.
So either, a remake or another installment, that would just be awesome! But the remake, I doubt. For some reason, Phantasm had a huge following of who I don't know because it was popular enough for sequels but it never created sensationalism & that's too bad.

Wow, so mature. Nobody did anything to u, yet u are a complete dick. I feel sorry for u man, i really do, your pathetic. Just because u hate yourself, your only way to reach out is by insulting others, u should be on Dr. Phil I think. SO, so sad.

I stared off for like five minutes in the middle of class the other day when I realized the older brother in Phantasm is also Ash's friend (Charlie?) in Evil Dead.
So, how badly am I to be chastized for JUST realizing that? lol

No, not the same character, the same actor.

I enjoyed 1,2 and 4. 3 was shitty. I wouldnt mind seeing a sequel, but 4 was stretching it. If we saw more of The Tall Man's world I would be all for it. Angus is getting up in age though, if they want to use him they better do it now.

Who else would you have play the part? It's not really that demanding, all he has to do is walk and say BOOOYYYYYY once in a while.
He did a good job in Incident on and Off a Mountain Road,so I see no reason why he couldnt play this part again.

Yeah, but once you reach your eighties (although there're a lot of pretty healthy eighty year olds this doesn't apply to), pretty much everything becomes strenuous. I've only seen the first one, and he did quite a bit of running in there, but he was only in his forties; but I would imagine he's got a few action beats in all the others as well. How old was he when the last one came out?
And I didn't even recognize him in Incident On and Off a Mountain Road, thanks for pointing that out. Was he the old man tied to the chair?

Those writers better get off strike because I am really hoping this is a solid clincher.
