The gameplay is rather simple, nothin you wouldn't beat in a couple days. But what makes this game great is the delivery. The game is absolutly hilarious, and very smart. Lots of nods to the TV show and the cut scenes look exactly like your watching the show. Done very well. The storyline is very funny and smart. Plus it figures out ways to throw in gameplay types from other old games. Like turn based RPG's and things like Space Invaders. Very clever. Different worlds you can travel to that will you make you laugh.
The only thing it didnt have that I wish I had seen was a Treehouse of Horrors level. Hopefully if they make another one they'll add that. Of course, if you think about it they could base an entire game on Treehouse of Horrors. Simpsons games are known for being pretty bad. This is the first really good one of the bunch. I hope Matt Groening ends up doing a Futurama game like this as well. That would be a good idea. Even if your barely considering it. You should rent this game. I enjoy funny games that adults can get into, and you don't see that often. I hope more like this are done.
