An idea is like a baby, and it pisses me off when others reject it. And the working verb was never "pulling". It was "breaking". And I can do smart and witty. I once did a comeback where I basically said that I ate out the person's girlfriend, but the topic disappeared. If I remember correctly, the poster said "[...]spit it out[...]" (not that it) and then I replied "oh, you mean your girlfriend's twat?". And the topic was deleted! WTF? I've seen pics of frontal nudity and uber-graphic violence and yet telling a dude I ate his girlfriend's twat is the one thing that's genuinely forbidden here?

And in real life, I actually do "say something smart and witty back", and it usually pisses everyone off. Mainly cuz I do it all the fucking time.

The key to maturity is learning and understanding that even though you think your ideas are pure gold, there are going to be those people who think your ideas are pure shit... and many of those people are going to tell you exactly that.

If you get this concept down, the next level of maturity is attained by learning to find those places and people who accept your ideas, and not try to force people who are opposed to your ideas to like and/or respect them. It's not going to happen. All that is going to happen is a torrent of ridicule and contempt for you and the concepts you are trying to convey. It's a no-win situation for you.

You state that you consider your ideas to be your babies? Okay, then let me ask you a question...

I ask because that is what you're doing here... you are presenting ideas and concepts to a group of people that primarily find your material to be annoying, ridiculous, and basically a waste of space.
