And that's a good strong possibility... I know from personal experience. When I graduated from high school, I weighed 127 pound, and I ate like a horse... constantly. My friends all thought I had a tapeworm. Then about my mid-twenties... the ol' metabolism start slowing down like a motherfucker... by the time I was 30, I was 230, I started eating less and I'm down to 205 - 210. (I kinda fluctuate between the two, depending on whether or not I hog out.

If you want to put on healthy weight, just buy some whey protein (a big bin - one that'll last you a couple months) and hit the gym 3-5 times a week for an hour and a half.

Try the following lifting exercises regularly: strip sets (biceps and triceps), push ups off of 25 lb weights (pulling the weighs up with each arm after each push up), sit ups with 25 lb weights, etc....be creative. The more weight resistance you use, the better off you'll be in the shortest amount of time. Do 8 different workouts per session, with a minimum of 3 sets per workout with at least 10 reps per set.

Working out is about consistency, not just to reach a goal. It's a lifestyle change...keep that in mind all the time.

Oh, as for nutrients, drop the soda and fast food and begin drinking two double-scoop whey milkshakes a day and don't get lazy. You'll gain healthy weight and your friends will think your cool when you can help them move into a new apartment without looking like a pussy.

halloween thats very good advice...just to add to that though make sure you eat enough veggies and fruits. the food guide pyramid is one of the best tools for showing you proper nutrition if you go to the website they can show you a proper serving size of each of the levels of the pyramid. It has been really hard for me to eat proper servings of food so i bought some plates and bowls that are smaller to help with this. depending on what you can handle 3 meals may be all u need or like me 5 small meals a day...breakfast,snack,lunch,snack,dinner it is easier to keep it healthy like this i find too. I take string cheese,apples,and kashi bars to work with me for snacks. Here they sell bags that contain small bags of packaged carrots that are easy to manage at work. you also need to consider if you have health problems or are at risk for health problems. I wont get into that because i would be here all day. if you want you can check out my blog on my myspace called commitments it talks about proper nutrition and exercise or you can ask me questions. Im a health care provider so i can give you proper guidance based on your needs. my myspace is listed in a post on this page.

If you want to put on healthy weight, just buy some whey protein (a big bin - one that'll last you a couple months) and hit the gym 3-5 times a week for an hour and a half.

Try the following lifting exercises regularly: strip sets (biceps and triceps), push ups off of 25 lb weights (pulling the weighs up with each arm after each push up), sit ups with 25 lb weights, etc....be creative. The more weight resistance you use, the better off you'll be in the shortest amount of time. Do 8 different workouts per session, with a minimum of 3 sets per workout with at least 10 reps per set.

Working out is about consistency, not just to reach a goal. It's a lifestyle change...keep that in mind all the time.

Oh, as for nutrients, drop the soda and fast food and begin drinking two double-scoop whey milkshakes a day and don't get lazy. You'll gain healthy weight and your friends will think your cool when you can help them move into a new apartment without looking like a pussy.
