Gellar has always stated that she enjoys the horror genre even though many dont like her in general or her being in horror movies. Nevertheless, if shes still attached and this movie ever gets off the ground, it could be a decent flick IMO.

I will always soundly prefer Christina Ricci (c'mon Wednesday Adams here people) or someone unknown.

That said, if it's finally going forward I'm happy. At the possible expense of the next Friday the 13th no less.

Ricci wouldnt be a bad choice either, less known than Gellar but has more darker, awkward characters under her belt than Gellar.

An unknown would be a fresh concept as well.
