Blood, tissue and hair discovered later on a bear trap outside the cabin was tested.

The hair did not match any known North American bear or animal and tests showed an uncanny similarity to human DNA with one exception: the irregular DNA matched that of a primate.

That's pretty interesting.I've heard some other time that hair samples were found that belonged to an unknown primate.

I actually saw that episode when it aired the other day. I thought it was a pretty smart idea when they laid out the spiked welcome mat trap they made. I'm still fairly undecided though. Still can't get over the fact that all animals have to die somewhere yet we've seen no bodies or skeletons.

that's the closest thing to finding a monster they've had if you don't count the 3 seconds of the giant squid tapes.

I bet it was Ron Jeremy.

It really is a good show. And if Bigfoot frequents
the cabin as much as they think it does, why not just set up a web cam year round?

Aw, I caught like, the first half of that episode of "MonsterQuest"! They said the cabin where Bigfoot visits and wreaks havoc is so isolated that only about four or five people visit it each year, the rangers and caretakers.

So I take it the rest of the year Bigfoot is up there partying and throwing keggers?

Big foot doesn't leave behind any bodily waste or skeletal remains, but his DNA is all over a bear trap! We've got the proof, it looks and feels exactly like human tissue and hair!!!!

No shit. Another thing to remember is that all of this supposed 'evidence' was conveniently found during the making of a TV show. Imagine that...

The reason they never found Bigfoot shit or skeletons is because the Bigfoot species all live deep in a cave where they use shitters made out of the skeletons of their dead... duh!

Will this hurt the History Channel's credibility?? I mean now who's going to watch their documentary that proves Martians won WWII?

Go out in the woods and see if you can find any remains from a Bear....good luck.
I live in a some what rural area nothing like like Canada where they mentioned the that the forest area was a large as Europe, anyways around where I live there are a good number of Bears, but in my 20 some years of living in the area I have never seen one,in fact many, many people I know including some hard-core hunters have never seen one,the only way to hunt them, and find them,is to bait them for weeks because their sense of smell is so incredible.
