What's a movie you think is the embodiment of every good qualitiy it's sub-genre should have. But sub-genre I mean like Monster movies, Zombies, vampires, werewolves, serial killers, demons, viruses etc.

I'd say Hellraiser is the embodiment of every good demon movie quality.

28 Days Later for virus movies.

Alien/Aliens for the alien genre (maybe The Thing, too).

I think the zombie part is too hard, but I guess most people will say Dawn '78. Anyways, yeah, take it from there.
