I just watched this and was pleasantly surprised to enjoy it. I am a little shaken actually after seeing it. GREAT!

Yeah, I liked it too. I liked how they managed to make it a crime drama with both light-hearted and dark sides without them really clashing.

The scene on top of the hill really got to me though. I can't get it out of my head. WHAT a performance by that 15 yr old kid....really something else.

Decent film. The Southern California version of BULLY. I stayed away from it for awhile because of Timberlake. He did a good job. This is the second film I've seen Ben Foster (Jake mazursky) in this year, and he's been superb in both. (The other was 3:10 TO YUMA.)

Did you see 30 Days of Night? He was in it as the crazy vampire who was sent in to cut the town's communications down. I didn't even recognize him.

In terms of the new breed of on-screen psychopaths, Ben Foster is hard to beat.

That main character guy annoyed the hell out of me...I just wanted to beat his ass. He thought he was all bad ass. Maybe it's cause I saw he was a puss in Girl Next Door.

I actually agree. I think another actor was in order.

I did have an issue with Sharon Stone's performance at the end. We have just been "blown away" by this hilltop scene and then she comes in with a fatty suit and totally kills it. She was WAYYYY too over the top for me.

White gangsta's now rule the LA streets.
Crips, Bloods, Surenos, they all bow down to Justin Timberlake and his white boys :alienfu:
